• Firstly, a warm and heartfelt welcome from all of us here at Enchanted. We have developed WONDER with YOU in mind, and we are delighted that you have committed yourself to this deep inner work. Your expansion and positive experience are of utmost importance to us, and in this guide, we will do our best to help you prepare in a meaningful and considered way.

  • It has not been a flippant decision for us to move beyond the realms of microdosing, so we are committed to being by your side and in support as much as possible.

So just to be clear again:  Enchanted WONDER contains a strong psychedelic mushroom dose. Working with it is not the same as microdosing.

  • This page is for education and harm reduction only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical or mental health conditions or take prescription medication.

  • Before You Decide: Is This Right For You?
    .

  • Even though you already have our product, let’s get really crystal clear if this is indeed the right choice for you:

    Physical health
Do you have a history of: heart disease, stroke, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, or serious respiratory issues? If yes or unsure → speak to a qualified healthcare provider first and consider not proceeding.

    Mental health

Is there any history (you or close family) of: psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe personality disorder, recent acute trauma or crisis?
Current severe depression, active self-harm thoughts, or suicidal ideation?
If yes → do not use Enchanted Wonder without working closely with an experienced clinician/therapist.

    Medications
Especially: SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, benzodiazepines, and blood pressure medication.
Interactions can be complex, and there are risks! Always check with a qualified medical professional.

    Life circumstances

Are you in the middle of a major upheaval (break-up, acute grief, court case, financial crisis)?
Sometimes the nervous system needs stabilisation first. It may be wiser to wait.

If there is any doubt, it is safer to pause and seek qualified support than to push ahead.

  • Intention: Why Are You Doing This?

  • A strong journey amplifies what is already present. We know that having some clarity around your intentions can help you get more out of your experience. Take time to write down:

    • Why do I feel called to this?
    • What am I hoping to understand, heal, or explore?
    • What inner qualities do I want to cultivate (e.g. compassion, honesty, courage, acceptance)?

Good intentions are open-ended and gentle, for example:

    • “I am willing to see what I need to see for my healing.”
    • “May I meet myself with honesty and kindness.”
    • “Show me how to live in deeper alignment.”

Avoid “fix-me” or “make-this-exact-result-happen” intentions. They create pressure and disappointment.

  • Setting: Where Will You Journey?

  • Your environment profoundly shapes your experience. So let’s give this some thought:

    Location
A safe, private indoor space where you won’t be disturbed (no visitors, deliveries, work calls).
Comfortable seating/lying options: sofa, mattress, cushions, blankets.
Soft, adjustable lighting (lamps, candles, salt lamp) – avoid harsh overhead light.

    Time
A day or evening with no responsibilities during and no driving afterwards.
    Ideally:
The journey window (e.g. 4–6 hours)
    Plus a quiet wind-down afterwards
Plus the next morning for gentle integration.

Access & safetySwitch your phone to Do Not Disturb (except for emergency contacts). No driving, cycling, or operating machinery from ingestion until the next day.

  • The Sitter / Companion: Who’s With You?

  • We strongly recommend you are not alone on a full Wonder journey, unless you are very experienced in these realms already.

    An ideal sitter:

    • Is sober throughout (no alcohol, no substances).
    • Is emotionally steady, calm, and non-judgemental.
    • Understands that their role is safety and reassurance, not directing your experience.
    • Has your medical/emergency information and knows who to contact if needed.

    Agree beforehand:

    • When you’d like silence vs. gentle reassurance.
    • How you’d like to be supported if you become anxious (reminders to breathe, hold your hand, bring water, etc.).
    • That they will call emergency services if there are serious physical red flags (see below).
  • Body Preparation: Before the Day

  • In the 24 hours before:

    • Avoid alcohol and other recreational substances.
    • Keep meals light, especially in the 6–8 hours before. Simple, non-greasy foods are usually best.
    • Hydrate well (water, herbal teas).
    • Prioritise sleep the night before.

    On the day itself:

    • Aim to begin in as regulated a state as possible: a short walk, gentle stretching, journaling, breathwork, or meditation can help.
    • Dress in comfortable, layered clothing.
    • Prepare a “nest” with blankets, pillows, tissues, water, and maybe a bucket in case of nausea.
  • Working With Enchanted Wonder - Dosage

  • Each Golden Tree contains:

    • 1000mg of Hawaiian Cubensis Mushrooms
    • 300mg of Amanita Muscaria
    • Frankincense
    • Myrrh
    • Monatomic Gold
  • 1 Tree — Gentle to Moderate Inner Exploration

A single Tree generally supports a lighter, more manageable inner journey, suitable for beginners. Expect heightened introspection and emotional sensitivity, best navigated in a calm setting with clear intention and grounding support. Visuals may begin with the eyes closed.

  • 2 Trees — Deepened Immersion & Stronger Emotional Processing

Two Trees may invite a more immersive, expanded-state experience, increasing the depth and complexity of inner material. A trusted sitter, stable environment, and clear preparation become essential for safe navigation and integration. You might prefer lying down now and going fully inward.

  • 3 Trees — Intense Transformational Work Requiring Strong Support

Three Trees create a powerful, full-spectrum journey that can unlock profound psychological, emotional, and somatic processes. This level requires excellent preparation, a skilled sitter or guide, and dedicated time for integration afterwards. We call this a full ceremonial dose and we urge you to prepare consciously for this.

  • What else to consider beforehand:

Without giving dosing instructions, some key principles:

    • Start respectfully.
Treat Wonder as a potent catalyst, not a casual “trip”. This is therapeutic-level work, not entertainment.
    • Do not combine with other substances.
No alcohol, no additional psychedelics, no cannabis, no stimulants. Combining substances increases risk and complicates the experience.
    • Have everything ready before you begin.
Water, light snacks for later (fruit, nuts), blankets, music playlist (if using one), journal, and your sitter briefed.
    • Assume you will not be able to perform tasks. No essential calls, no emails, no childcare, no driving.
  • Psychological Navigation: When You’re In It

  • Challenging moments are normal, not a sign that something is “wrong”.

    Reminders for yourself:

    • Breathe slowly and deeply.
Exhalation longer than inhalation signals safety to your nervous system. Your breath can be an absolute anchor when things start going a bit wild. Keep coming back to it!

    • Feel your body.
Notice the weight of your limbs, the contact with the bed or sofa, and the feeling of the blanket. Coming back into your body can help reset and re-ground you.

    • Remember: it’s temporary.
“This is a process. I have taken a substance. This will pass.” Even when it doesn’t feel like it - trust that change will occur.

    • Let the story move.
If intense memories or emotions arise, try meeting them with curiosity rather than pushing them away. In particular, challenging aspects can be dissolved if you meet them with an open heart.

Your sitter can gently remind you of these points and invite you to drink water, change posture, or open your eyes if that helps.

  • When to Seek Emergency Help

  • Call emergency services or seek urgent medical attention if:

    • Chest pain, tightness, or difficulty breathing that does not ease with rest and slow breathing.
    • Signs of stroke or severe neurological issue (sudden weakness on one side of body, slurred speech, confusion that doesn’t shift, loss of consciousness).
    • Violent, uncontrolled behaviour that puts you or others at risk.
    • Seizure activity (especially if none previously known).

It is better to err on the side of caution. Your sitter should not hesitate to call for help if they are seriously concerned about your physical safety.

  • Aftercare: The Hours and Days After

  • A Wonder journey does not end when the acute effects fade. The integration phase is just as important.

    Immediately after:

    • Eat something light and nourishing when you feel ready.
    • Avoid screens if possible; give your nervous system quiet time.
    • A gentle conversation with your sitter can help you name and stabilise key insights.

    Within the next 24–72 hours:

    • Journal about what you experienced (images, feelings, insights, body sensations).
    • Take gentle walks, stay hydrated, and eat grounding foods (root vegetables, whole grains, simple meals).
    • Avoid making major life decisions immediately. Let things settle first.
    • If difficult material has surfaced, consider booking time with a therapist, integration coach, or trusted professional to process it.

  • Ongoing Integration: Turning Insight Into Change

  • Ask yourself over the coming days:

    • What did I see or feel that I shouldn't forget?
    • What small, realistic changes can I make in daily life that honour this experience?
    • What support structures do I need (routine, practice, community, therapy, movement, breathwork)?

Remember: the value of a journey is not only what happens in it, but what you do with it afterwards.

  • Storage & Access

    • Keep Enchanted Wonder out of reach of children, pets, and anyone who may consume it unknowingly.

    • Store in a cool, dry place, clearly labelled.

    • Do not share with anyone whose health, mental state, or legal situation you do not fully understand.
  • We are with you in spirit and wish you a most nourishing and rewarding inner experience.

May you be guided safely and held in love

In service from all of us at Enchanted ❤
